Legal & Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Royal Theme showcase and the contractual framework for our bespoke custom website projects.

Last Updated: August 26, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Royal Theme website (operated by Qrinux) and any custom website design and engineering services provided by our studio.

By accessing our showcase, submitting a project brief, or entering into a project agreement with Royal Theme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Design Previews & Project Scope

Design previews are visual references that demonstrate a possible design direction. They are not live client websites or ready-made products.

When you engage Royal Theme for a custom build, our team prepares a written project scope confirmation. This document outlines:

  • Agreed page structure, custom layouts, and section components.
  • Interactive functionality, form routing, and technical integrations.
  • Client asset submission requirements and project milestone timelines.
  • Target delivery schedule and review milestones.

Any custom development work begins only after mutual review and written confirmation of this scope document.

3. Pricing, Payment & Scope Changes

Investment tiers displayed on our website represent baseline project pricing for standard custom builds. Final project pricing is determined by the specific complexity and requirements confirmed in your written agreement.

Payment Schedule: Projects typically follow a milestone-based payment structure (such as an initial commencement deposit and a balance payment prior to final deployment or handover), as specified in your project agreement.

Scope Changes: If you request additional pages, custom backend integrations, or feature expansions outside the confirmed scope, Royal Theme will provide a separate written addendum and cost estimate prior to beginning the additional work.

4. Client Content & Third-Party Services

Client Content: You are solely responsible for providing necessary brand assets, copywriting, photography, product data, and logos required for your custom website. You represent and warrant that you own or hold the appropriate rights to all materials you supply.

Third-Party Services: Custom websites may rely on third-party platforms (such as domain registrars, hosting providers, email routers, booking systems, or payment gateways). Any recurring subscription fees, licensing costs, or terms imposed by these third-party providers remain the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the written project scope.

5. Ownership & Handover

Ownership of custom deliverables, intellectual property rights, and code handover protocols are defined in the written project scope and final agreement.

Upon full settlement of all agreed project invoices, Royal Theme completes the formal handover of your customized codebase, configuration files, and project assets to your designated hosting repository or deployment environment in accordance with the agreement. Royal Theme does not claim recurring proprietary software lock-in fees for standard bespoke builds once handover is completed.

6. Post-Launch Support

To ensure a smooth transition following launch, all custom website projects include 30 days of post-launch technical support commencing on the date of final production deployment.

Post-launch support includes resolving verified code anomalies, fine-tuning responsive layout rendering, and addressing deployment configurations directly associated with the confirmed project scope. It does not include developing new feature requests, writing new content, or resolving issues caused by third-party modifications made after handover.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our showcase website and design previews are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Royal Theme makes no express or implied representations regarding uninterrupted site availability or specific commercial conversion results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Royal Theme, Qrinux, nor its team members shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption) arising out of or related to the use of our showcase website or third-party service outages.

8. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide custom services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Qrinux Inc., without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Qrinux Inc.
